a.) At this time all subscriptions & purchases are non-refundable. You may however cancel subscriptions at anytime. Depending on the item purchased you may be eligible for redeemable shop credits.

a.)  We currently sell 3d Printed Goods, as well as design & development services.

a.) We currently only accept PayPal at this time, as it offers a smooth way for us to accept payments from many supported payment methods (even without a paypal account!)

a.) We do ship our products internationally, however additional charges may apply. This includes rate conversions, and increased shipping fees. Additional Taxes, & Tariffs may apply.

a.) If you are completing a purchase at one of our shops we may ask for your email and billing address, this is to ensure that we have a place to ship your purchases and so that we can contact you regarding the status of your purchase.

If we ever ask for your government identification it would be to verify that you are over the legal age of consent, some contents may be sensitive to minors and we want to do our parts to keep everyone safe.
